Tap "Sell", choose the category, add photos and details, then publish. The first time, we check your ID (about 3 minutes to send). You pay the ad fee with coins or in cash and we check the ad — usually within a few hours.

Phone numbers are only shown to people who are logged in. This keeps sellers safe from spam. You log in with your phone number and password.

Two ways: coins or cash. Coins: buy them once (Account → My coins), then pay for any ad or Premium in one tap. Cash: tap "I will pay cash", call or WhatsApp the NileHub number shown on the payment screen, pay and give your payment number; we confirm it, usually the same day. Only pay NileHub at the number shown in the app, and always give your payment number.

It depends on the item's price: from SSP 800 ($0.10) for items under $10 up to SSP 400,000 ($50) for items over $100,000. Ads in pounds pay in pounds, ads in dollars pay in dollars. When you type the price, the app shows the ad fee straight away. All fees are on the Ad fees page.

A Premium ad is shown at the top of search and category pages with a gold badge, for 7 or 30 days. Open My ads and tap "Make Premium" on a live ad.

After you contact a seller through NileHub (Call or WhatsApp on their ad), you can give them 1 to 5 stars and a short comment on their page. One review per seller; you can change or delete it. Reviews show your first name and the first letter of your last name.

Sellers can reply once to each review, or report an unfair one; our team keeps honest reviews and hides rude, false or spam reviews.

Meet in a public place, check the item before you pay, and never send money in advance. If an ad looks like a scam, tap "Report this ad".

Open Account and tap "Delete my account" at the bottom, or open the "Delete account" page on our website (link below) and log in. Your account, ads, photos, ID check and coins are deleted at once and for good.

Can't log in any more? Message us on WhatsApp from that phone number, or email us and tell us the number, and we delete it for you.
